Speaker 1: Many of you wrote to me in the last 24Â
hours with video clips from Ron DeSantis events.  And every single one of you wrote to me for theÂ
same reason you feel that these protesters that  are popping up at the Santas events are staged,Â
that there's something about him that doesn't take  place. And then I got a video of a woman sayingÂ
that she's in tears. Why are they always crying in  tears over how great DeSantis is, even though sheÂ
was a Trump supporter for a while? We're going to  look at these clips. Now, I want to be crystalÂ
clear. I am not alleging that I know these are  staged protesters or staged people in the crowd.Â
There is reason to wonder because, number one,  these protesters always lead to DeSantis sayingÂ
the same thing about, we're going to protect kids  and we're going to not going to let you doÂ
whatever to kids. The former Trump supporter  person is weird because the Trump supporters don'tÂ
really care about DeSantis.
DeSantis is dying. His  campaign is crumbling. They fired a dozen staffersÂ
and we'll talk about it later. So the idea that  all of these Trump supporters are just so overcomeÂ
with emotion about how great DeSantis is that they  feel the need to go into to tell them at eventsÂ
how great he is. None of it seems super genuine,  and it certainly could be staged and planted.Â
And we know that campaigns sometimes do this.  Now we're going to look at the clips.Â
One other quick little thing. Yesterday,  someone wrote me about Ron DeSantis. I don'tÂ
know whether this was a typo or whether they  were joking around. And this is their new nicknameÂ
for Ron. Ron, wrong for Ron DeSantis. They wrote  Ron DeSantis. And when I saw it, I just startedÂ
laughing. I have no idea whether it was just  a typo or whether they want the guy to go byÂ
desanctis. It seems maybe misogynistic, so IÂ Â don't know that we're going to go with it. But IÂ
did have a little laugh to myself yesterday. All  right.
So let's go to the video. Here is anotherÂ
one of these solo protesters. DeSantis always  yells at them with the same line about, we'reÂ
going to protect kids, we're going to protect  kids. You tell me whether this feels authentic.Â
Remember, there is a there's an actor strike right  now. So really, these should not be actors.
Speaker 2: I have something to say to  him. Why don't you focus on spendingÂ
more time with your granddaughter in  Arkansas? At least acknowledge you.
Speaker 1: All right. So now the  protester is standing up behindÂ
us and the security is rushing  over.
Speaker 2: Yes.  Yeah. Before you worry about our children.  And they shouldn't be worrying aboutÂ
our children either. We don't want you  indoctrinating our children. Leave our kids.
Speaker 1: Alone. Okay. So he yells at the  protester to leave their kids alone.Â
This is a very similar to the lone  protester last month in South Carolina.
And again,  these it even Desantis's reaction seemsÂ
so forced and staged. So I get it. We  don't know that that's what's going on. But it'sÂ
interesting that so many of you felt that it was. Unidentified: We're not going to letÂ
you impose an agenda on our kids. Speaker 1: We're going to.
Unidentified: Stand up for our  kids.
We're going to make sure to do itÂ
right. That's what we're going to do. Speaker 1: There you go. So whenever the loneÂ
protester stands up, DeSantis tells them,  We're not going to let you get our kids.Â
We're not going to let you ruin our kids.  Here's another video. This is from the eventÂ
yesterday. And here is where a woman that she  says she's been a hardcore Trump supporter,Â
she stood up and said DeSantis is doing great.  And she's she's almost she's almost in tears.Â
Listen to this. Tell me if this is authentic. Speaker 3: From President Trump, comes from allÂ
the despair, all the things that he stands for  as served as our president of the UnitedÂ
States and the media that can tell him.  But all the things I'm thinking more withÂ
my heart and my soul and my love for him  and for this country.
But meanwhile, this isÂ
the most important vote that we're going to  have. And I have to think more with my mindÂ
and what it says to this country and that. Speaker 1: She is overcome with emotion overÂ
her support for DeSantis, despite having voted  for Trump with her heart. She's now usingÂ
her mind to vote for the sanctimonious. Speaker 3: Excellent job.
Unidentified: And I thought one  of those wild one way.
Speaker 1: Really powerful. Unidentified: And. In my view.
Speaker 2: I appreciate what President  Trump did, how they treated him and things likeÂ
Russia. Collusion was is so unfairly press and  and he was treated wrong and he was treatedÂ
in ways that were unconstitutional. Right.  But here's the thing. The question for us now isÂ
what are we going to do about it? And we need to  end the weaponization of government.
Speaker 1: All right. Anyway,  Ron. Okay. Very good.
Speaker 2: I did everything. Speaker 3: Right and they indicted me.
Speaker 1: They indicted me.  I would love for some journalist to follow upÂ
with some of these folks after the fact and  actually figure out, like, what is their backÂ
story? Are they real? Are they they're doing  these staged different little things so everybodyÂ
can judge it for themselves.

I don't really know  what I think. Here's something that is importantÂ
to keep in mind. For many of us because of the  way we engage in politics. Many of us don'tÂ
idolize these elected officials. They're just  people. And I've met so many of them and satÂ
around with them. They are really just people,  and most of them are not insanely impressive.Â
You know, people like Barack Obama are sort of  different in that sense. You incredibly impressiveÂ
from in person in a way that is different. Most of  that you just meet. You're like, oh, well, that'sÂ
kind of kind of weird in a lot of ways. Anyway,  for a lot of us, it's hard to imagineÂ
being overcome with emotion in this way  just because you're like, Oh, I voted for Trump,Â
but the Santos was so inspiring.
And we're like,  Now it's just like, okay, are you is Biden betterÂ
than Trump? Okay, I'll vote for Biden and then  I'll go on with my life. And I don't idolize theÂ
guy. So we are at our nature less likely to find  this sort of thing authentic. And so it feelsÂ
staged. But let's be open to the possibility that  for people who are much more cultist in nature,Â
they really may be overcome with emotion in this  way. That and maybe it is legitimate. I don'tÂ
know. I will leave it for you to judge. We're  going to take the quickest of quick breaks.
WeÂ
reached 1.8 million subscribers on YouTube. We're  pushing to 1.9 to eventually burst throughÂ
the door. The glass ceiling of 2 million.  Make sure you're subscribed on YouTube. We'reÂ
going to take a quick break and then the show  continues. You know, as much as I get messagesÂ
from haters that, Oh, you must be funded by George  Soros or whatever the case may be, we actuallyÂ
aren't. And many right wing media outlets like the  David Pakman Show are funded by Millionaire andÂ
Millionaire and even billionaire right wingers.  We don't have that. The left is in a differentÂ
situation. We actually depend directly on  your support. We try to make that support anÂ
appealing thing. So we do an extra show every  day for our paid members. We offer a commercialÂ
free audio and video stream of the show. We have  a soundboard like the one I have here.
Speaker 2: We're doing a class action  lawsuit against all machines.
Speaker 1: We have a sound board  available on the member website forÂ
our members and so many other great  things.
I invite you to signÂ
up and support the work we do,  especially as we're really entering an electionÂ
period that is going to be particularly fraught  and I would argue the most important in a veryÂ
long time. Sign up it joined Pacman dot com. It  really is the most direct, explosive and excitingÂ
way to support what we do. And you know what? If  you don't like this show that much butÂ
there's other left wing shows you like,  support them.
The point is let's understandÂ
the way the right funds, independent media  and the way that the left doesn't fundÂ
it. And that explains why we depend on  support from people like you. So we really doÂ
everything we can to make membership as easy  and as great an experience as possible andÂ
join back. Mint.com is the place to sign up..
